Calling for help in an emergency should be the easy step. These are the commitments behind the number on this site, and the limits of them, stated in the same breath.
The phone is answered around the clock
The phone is covered 24/7, including weekends and holidays, because that is when most of these calls actually come in.
You are never billed for this service
This service is free to the homeowner. You are never invoiced by this site — the only money that changes hands is between you and the contractor you hire.
Local crews, licensed for the trade
You are put through to an independent contractor who holds the license this trade and state require and who actually works in Milwaukee. Ask to see the license and the certificate of insurance before work starts — any contractor worth hiring expects the question.
If the match is wrong, call back
A contractor who misses the appointment or rubs you the wrong way is a reason to call back, not to give up. Ask for a different one; it costs nothing and nobody will argue.
The honest limit of all of this
What this page does not do is guarantee the work itself. The contractors are independent; this site neither performs the work nor warrants it. Any workmanship guarantee comes from the contractor you hire, in writing, and it is worth asking for one.
